Fertility Awareness Education for everybody

As a member-based organization, the Association of Fertility Awareness Professionals (AFAP) ensures global access to accurate, unbiased reproductive health education about fertility awareness methods.

Fertility awareness, sometimes called menstrual cycle tracking, is a powerful tool for understanding reproductive health and fertility. AFAP accredits Fertility Awareness Educators who teach methods which involve interpreting signs of fertility, such as menstrual bleeding, cervical fluid/mucus, and basal body temperature.

AFAP believes that all people should have the knowledge and power to make informed decisions about their reproductive health, fertility, and sexuality.

AFAP educators provide inclusive fertility awareness education for all fertility goals, outcomes, and users. Our educator directory lists more than 100 educators in over 18 countries.

Fertility Awareness Training Accreditation

We accredit international training programs to ensure a high-quality, science-based curriculum focused on full spectrum reproductive and sexual health education and counseling.

Professional Resources

Our members get access to CEUs and an online discussion group for global knowledge exchange and support. Accredited educators are listed in our directory, making it easier for clients and healthcare providers to find trusted fertility awareness education.
